This is an amazing sleeveless dress by Emilio Pucci The plain Cobalt blue top moves down the dress to white, lime green and brown sequin decoration. The bottom 26 cms of the dress is a pencil pleated pattern silk.

Fabulous with a 1920's feel to it.
